- With Ernst & Young, Cynder designed and implemented enterprise-wide, team-based coaching and culture initiatives with global leaders and geographically dispersed teams.
- With the Boeing, Omnicom and BAC, Cynder designed, led and implemented leadership, coaching and teaming systems and training programs designed to shape the desired culture and drive a high level of employee engagement and organizational performance.

Cynder is among the first to be certified as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). A mother of two, Cynder lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her rescued dog, Sky. Her hobbies are hiking, yoga, travel, photography, writing, and enjoying our diverse culture.
