An Interview with co-host, Charlotte Guilmenot

Charlotte has more than 30 years of experience in organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, as well as extensive experience in learning and development, and designing leadership programs for both large and small organizations.  

As an educator, Charlotte understands the needs of the adult learner and ensures that learning mechanisms reflect those needs. She has worked with a number of Fortune 100 companies designing curriculum for leadership development programs that are relevant, engaging, and results-based.  

As VP, Engagement and Organizational Behavior for a financial services company, Charlotte managed employee engagement initiatives across the enterprise.  As Manager, Instructional Design, she led instructional design teams in all aspects of instructional systems design. 

A partial client list includes Southern California Edison, Bank of America, Exxon, AT&T, Baxter Healthcare, PacifiCare Health Systems, and Dr. Pepper/7-Up. 

Charlotte holds an MS in educational counseling.
