Trisha Mason Parsad Bio

Leadership Coach Trisha ParsadTrisha Mason Parsad specializes in developing high potential leaders, and curriculum design.

She is a certified professional Co-Active coach through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Over the past 14 years, Trisha has utilized coaching principles and various assessments to further develop individuals, leaders, and teams.

She was a key lead in developing two high potential leadership programs for managers and senior leaders at Edison International, which included 360s, assessment centers, Individualized Development Plans (IDPs), and team stretch assignments in addition to facilitated learning sessions.

Trisha is known to be an interactive facilitator, leadership developer, collaborative consultant, and motivational business coach. Recently, she was the west coast Talent Development Senior Manager & Leadership Facilitator for Comcast NBC Universal, LLC. She had additional responsibilities for a program aimed at developing leadership skills and awareness for managers and directors.

Trisha created and facilitated a high potential program for future leaders at NBC Universal, encompassing stretch project assignments, business acumen site tours, coaching circles, and Q&A with executives for program participants.

Over the past 20 years, Trisha held Senior Leadership Coaching, Development, Management and Facilitator positions at Southern California Edison, Bank of America, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and her own independent practice.

Trisha holds various psychological and leadership development certifications and is a member of the International Coach Federation, Los Angeles. She is a certified ATD 5D Learning Consultant, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from University of California, Los Angeles, and completed initial coursework at California State University, Northridge toward a Masters in Career Counseling.

In 2015, Trisha was a nominee for the Edison International Chairman’s Award for outstanding performance. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, researching multiple topics of interest, and connecting with friends.
