The After Action Review (AAR) is a process that promotes open dialogue so your team can identify opportunities for learning and improvement based on its actions during a particular project or event.

The purpose of this course is to provide team leaders and project leaders with the skills and tools necessary to assess and correct team actions taken during a project.  Once you’ve completed the course, you will be able to direct your team to better achieving its desired project outcomes.
